- Choice of residential profile – Select from the SSQ100, SSQ150, SSQ450/SSQ450SL, FFQ100, or FFQ150 panel profiles.
- One pair of rib rollers (bead ribs, pencil ribs, v ribs, or striations).
- 220V single phase or 3 phase Electric Quick-Change Power Pack
- Moveable machine cart with casters
- Floor-mounted decoiler and one expandable reel
Optional equipment available for purchase includes:
- UNIQ® Automatic Control System – The UNIQ Automatic Control System allows you to input the quantities and lengths of panels you want to produce, automatically shears them, and controls the machine’s notching and drive functions. You can also use this computer controller to easily import cutlists and export final project data.
- Run-out tables (10’ of variable height)

- Notching – The notching option punches out rectangular or profile notches in the panel before forming the legs for a precise cut and helps save you time.
- 220V single phase or 3 phase Electric Quick-Change Power Pack
- On-site training (in North America)
- Moveable machine cart with casters
- Floor mounted decoiler and expandable reel
Optional equipment available to add on to this package includes:
- Angle slitter – The angle slitter works with the notchers at the machine’s exit end so you can cut the panels as they come out of the machine. It can cut panels up to 24” wide and at any angle from 90° to 35°. This device only works with already notched panels.
