Ironclad Support

Five pillars keep you running.

Downtime kills margins. NTM's real advantage is the system behind the machine — quality, parts, service, training, and warranty working together to keep your operation moving.

  1. 01

    Job-ready from day one

    Quality Control

Every machine is tested and inspected to spec before it ships — critical systems down to the last bolt. Minimal setup, zero guesswork, production on day one.

  2. 02

    On demand, fast

    Parts Availability

$2M+ in critical parts inventory, often shipped overnight. If a part is unavailable, we prioritize fulfillment within a week so a stalled job gets moving again.

  3. 03

    Nationwide network

    Service

Direct access to dozens of experienced technicians. Most issues are resolved over the phone; when they are not, on-site service is available anywhere you operate.

  4. 04

    Hands-on, no cost

    Training

Personalized training on your machine and your profiles — at your location or our Aurora facility, free to new machine owners. More is always available as your crew grows.

  5. 05

    3-year limited

    Warranty

Coverage against defects in materials, workmanship, and design. If something is not right, we fix or replace it — fast.

You're buying more than a machine. You're gaining a partner.

Customer Story

“All you gotta do is come run one more panel out. You're not bound to what's in a crate. If you're the roofing contractor, you completely control your own destiny.”

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to get an SSQ3 after ordering?
Lead times vary, but the SSQ3 MultiPro typically ships within 4–8 weeks. Contact your specialist for current availability.
What's the difference between the SSQ3 and SSQ II?
The SSQ3 is the latest iteration with QWIKSwap™ tooling (25-minute changeover vs 45 minutes), sealed drive gear covers with inspection windows, RFID cover sensors, shear warning strobe, and interior LED lighting. Both produce the same 16 profiles.
What materials can the SSQ3 process?
Painted steel (28–22 ga.), Galvalume, aluminum (.027"–.040"), copper (16–20 oz.), and terne-coated stainless steel (26 ga.).
Can I switch between gas and electric power?
Yes. The Quick-Change Power-Pack (QCPP) lets you swap between a 16 HP Briggs & Stratton gas engine and 5 HP or 7.5 HP electric motors in the field — no tools required.
What warranty does the SSQ3 come with?
The SSQ3 includes a limited three-year part and NTM in-house labor warranty — the industry's best.
