Accessing the E-commerce Site

There are two simple ways to access the new e-commerce site:

1. Direct URL: Type shop.newtechmachinery.com into your browser’s address bar. This will take you directly to the e-commerce homepage.
2. Via the Main Website: Go to newtechmachinery.com, navigate to the gutter page, and scroll down to the sections featuring our 5”, 6”, and 5/6 combo machines. You’ll notice a “Buy Now” button under each machine category. Clicking this button will redirect you to our new e-commerce platform.

Exploring the Homepage

Once you’re on the homepage, you’ll see a few key sections:

• Buy Now Button: Click here to begin shopping for seamless gutter machines and accessories.
• Product Categories: Below the Shop Now button, you’ll find links to our seamless gutter machines and accessories pages. There’s also a configuration tool for customizing your machine, and a contact page link for any additional assistance.

Purchasing a Seamless Gutter Machine

There are two main ways to purchase a machine:

1. Buy Now Button: Clicking this will take you directly to the available gutter machines.
2. Seamless Gutter Machines Page: Here, you can choose from our three models—the 5” gutter machine, the 6” gutter machine, and the 5/6 combo machine.

Once you’ve selected a machine, you can view detailed images, watch a video explaining the configurations, and start customizing your machine using our configurator tool.

Customizing Your Gutter Machine

The configurator allows you to tailor your machine to your specific needs. You can select:

• Number of Shears: Choose between one or none.
• Number of Cradles: Select the number of cradles you need.
• Number of Reels with Turnstile Stands: Depending on your configuration, certain options may be grayed out to ensure compatibility.

As you make your selections, the right-hand side of the page will display a summary of your configured machine, including the total price. Once satisfied with your configuration, simply click “Add to Cart.”

Shopping for Accessories

If you’re looking for accessories, the “Gutter Machine Accessories” page offers a wide range of items such as reels, cradles, riser kits, remotes, and hook assemblies. You can easily add any accessory to your cart by clicking on the desired item, reviewing its details, and selecting “Add to Cart.” The checkout process for accessories is the same as for machines.

Checking Out

After adding your machine to the cart, navigate to the cart icon in the top right corner of the page. Here, you can review your selected configuration, see the price breakdown, and view recently viewed items and recommended accessories. When you’re ready to complete your purchase, click “Proceed to Checkout.”

During checkout, you’ll be prompted to log in as a returning customer or create a new account. You’ll then enter your shipping and billing information, choose a shipping method, and input your payment details. Once everything is filled out, you can finalize your purchase.

What’s Next

Once you place your order, you should receive an email stating that your order has been accepted.

Within 24 hours, or a business day, you’ll receive a call from an NTM account manager to confirm the following:

• Your correct shipping address
• The availability of a forklift to offload your machine (if you’ve purchased a Mach II)
