Since its establishment in 1991 in Denver, Colorado, New Tech Machinery has opened a second manufacturing facility in Hermosillo, Mexico (2004), and a distribution center in Valmadrera, Italy (2019) to support shipping equipment to European clients. In 2015, New Tech Machinery was acquired by Mazzella Companies.
