It will enhance Mazzella Companies international manufacturing capabilities and further solidify our position as a leader in the architectural metal roof and wall industries.

New Tech ships equipment all over the world; whether you need a gutter machine in Gainesville, Georgia or a roof panel machine in Rostov-on-Don, Russia. To date, NTM has sold machines in over 40 countries throughout the world!
The acquisition will bring additional benefits to customers in both domestic and international markets. “We look forward to supporting their plans for rapid growth in these markets”, says Tony.
New Tech Machinery is based in Denver, Colorado and has a manufacturing facility in Hermosillo, Mexico. New Tech employs approximately 80 people and has been in business since 1991. NTM is no stranger to Mazzella Companies’ subsidiary Sheffield Metals International. For more than three years, Sheffield Metals has provided engineering based on NTM’s panel designs to its network of manufacturers and contractors. During that same period, Sheffield Metals has become one of New Tech Machinery’s largest dealers.
Roger Geer will continue to lead the New Tech Machinery Team and will report to Tony D’Angela of Mazzella Companies.
Over the next few months, we will be in the process of integrating New Tech into our group of companies. It is our goal to continue providing the highest level of service during this time and we look forward to continuing the long and mutually beneficial relationship with our New Tech customers.
