Receiving your New Tech Machinery is an important part of the buying process. Before you start anything, you want to check it over and document any issues. You should have a box that comes with accessory components inside. Make sure to go through all wrappings carefully so as not to accidentally throw away a small component, like a limit switch or stiffener bar, that could be wrapped in the packing material.

How Concerned Should I Be About Delivery?

There’s no reason to be concerned about the delivery of your machine, as chances are, everything will arrive safely and all items will be accounted for. However, err on the side of caution and follow the steps outlined to inspect, verify, and document your order, and communicate any issues immediately. Once you receive and sign off, it’s difficult to hold the shipping agent accountable for damage you might find later on if you haven’t inspected the delivery.

You don’t have to know everything about portable rollformers to check for damage or missing accessories. If issues arise, say, during training, the trainer can help you resolve them. If an issue arises once you start using the machine, refer to the manual for help. If you can’t resolve it, contact our support team.
